Veteran Organization Program Assistance Application

The North Shore Railroad Company & Affiliates has dedicated two of its locomotives to members of the United States Armed Forces- past, current, and fallen. LVRR 9052 (Veterans Unit) and LVRR 9050 (Memorial Unit) will be used in regular freight service - spreading the message to remember and thank Service Members. They will also be used in special passenger excursion events. These passenger excursion events will be held for the sole purpose of raising money to assist organizations that support Veterans and their families.

Currently, we are only able to offer these train trips on our Union County Industrial Railroad (UCIR).

Additionally, we plan to sell merchandise that feature these two locomotives with all profits being donated to assist organizations that support Veterans and their families.
